* Once sketch is approved, the window for a refund is no longer applicable, unless i feel I cannot complete your artwork in a timely nor quality manner
* changes should be pointed out during WIP checks, and before the artwork is finalized and submitted. Noticing small mistakes afterwords is okay to bring up! Large changes will call for a fee, varying from $5-$20 depending on how large thr change is. (Like altering the line work in any way, mostly)
* while I do not accept specific deadlines, my turn around time is two weeks or your money back, as long as there are no special circumstances (like a long queue)
* I am bad at keeping up with trello, so it's not likely I will use it to share my queue, however if you want to know where you stand I will be more than happy to let you know!
* I give updates frequently regarding commissions. You'll know when I start, and I will seek approval for the sketch, the flats, and the final product. If I do not finish your commission in one sitting, I will send a progress update including a WIP!
